Terms of Service – Webhostpk.store

The following Terms of Service (“TOS,” “Terms” or “Agreement”) apply to your use of our website and all services, features and/or content provided by Webhostpk.store (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing one or more services from Webhostpk.store, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this TOS. Please read this TOS carefully before purchasing any service(s).

Customer Agreement

The TOS apply to all services provided by Webhostpk.store throughout the entire term or renewal term. All customers must agree to the terms and conditions prior to signing up for any hosting plans or services. You agree to use only licensed and legal third-party software in connection with your use of our services. Webhostpk.store reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any or all services if accounts are misused.

Content

Webhostpk.store reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to anyone. All services must be used for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage, or presentation of illegal content is prohibited. Examples of prohibited content include, but are not limited to:

• Topsites, Ponzi or pyramid schemes, prime banks programs, cryptocurrency/bitcoin miners, forex, e-gold, spam bots, malware, phishing materials, gambling, illegal downloads, pirated software, adult content, human trafficking, and escort services.
• Hosting child pornography or exploitative content.
• Embedding or linking to copyrighted or illegal audio/video content.
• Warez, ROMs, emulators, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, and guides for illegal activity.
• Hosting games, IRC servers, or any content deemed indecent, rude, or hateful.

Bandwidth

If a customer exceeds their bandwidth limit, they will be notified. Accounts may be suspended until the limit is addressed or the account is upgraded.

Account Verification

Customers who fail to complete the account verification process will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

VPS Rules

Customers are responsible for configuring VPS settings themselves if a control panel is not used. Support will not handle DNS, user accounts, or mail account configuration for plain VPS.

Backup Policy

All users are responsible for backing up their content. Webhostpk.store is not liable for any loss of data. Paid backup services include daily database backups (retention 7 days) and weekly website backups (retention 1 day). Backups do not include emails or media files unless specified.

Unlimited Hosting

Unlimited hosting policies apply only to shared and reseller accounts. Mailbox sizes are limited: 5GB per mailbox, 50GB per domain.

Uptime Guarantee

Scheduled maintenance or third-party service failures are excluded from uptime guarantees. Webhostpk.store is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond reasonable control.

Security

Users are responsible for securing their account and passwords. Sharing passwords or attempting unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.

Billing and Refund Policy

Payments via credit card, debit card, net banking, or PayPal are activated immediately. Cheque payments require 5 days for clearance. Refunds apply only to first-time signups within 30 days and do not cover domains, licenses, or other paid services. Refunds exclude taxes, fees, and charges. Cancellation requests should be submitted via the client area, and processing may take 5–7 working days.

Account Termination

Accounts may be terminated for the following reasons:

• User requests discontinuation – terminated within 24 hours.
• Cancellation after expiration – terminated within 24 hours post-expiration.
• Failure to renew – terminated within 14 days post-expiration.
• Violation of Terms of Service – immediate suspension and termination.
• Fraud detection – immediate suspension and termination if verification fails.
• Dispute or chargeback – initial suspension with 7 days to resolve; termination follows if unresolved.

Users should maintain backups, as all files are deleted upon termination. Webhostpk.store is not liable for lost data.
